As CEO of Alerion Advisors, Jason Montrie leads the three portfolio companies – Rebellis Group, Toney Healthcare, and Advent Advisory Group. Jason’s focus will be on overall corporate strategy, growing the business, and continuing to build a world class organization. With more than 20 years of experience leading growth, strategy, and operations for some of the most innovative companies in insurance, healthcare technology, data and analytics, and supplemental benefits, he is well positioned to drive the business forward.
Jason’s career includes senior executive roles at NationsBenefits, where he drove growth, strategy and expansion of supplemental benefits, fintech solutions, and healthcare outcomes, as well as leadership positions at Humana. He also co-founded and served as CEO of Land of Lincoln Health, a regional health insurer focused on individuals and small businesses, and as President of both Pareto Intelligence and Convey Health Solutions Supplemental Benefits, where he oversaw market expansion and operational excellence.
Jason lives in Hinsdale, Illinois, with his wife, Jessica, their two children, Juliette and William, and their silkie terrier, Frankie. A lifelong sports fan, he remains loyal to the Colts, Pacers, Hoosiers, and Cubs, while also reminiscing about his former days as a decent golfer.
