ContinuumRx Services, Inc. (CRx) partners with leading health systems and hospitals through joint ventures (JVs) to provide a fully-integrated, specialty infusion service that improves care, lowers cost, provides a new source of revenue for its partners, and reduces preventable readmissions.
This function has become more important under the new health care law because hospitals are no longer compensated for preventable readmissions that occur within 30 days of discharge. CRx monitors patients’ compliance with their IV and other specialty drugs as part of their effort to improve the quality of care.

Keith Hartman, CEO, is an experienced operating
entrepreneur and pharmacy business owner spanning two decades. Keith founded and grew a chain of retail pharmacies, a compounding pharmacy, and two specialty pharmacies along with a long-term care pharmacy. All were built and grown under the guise of operational excellence and produced great results. Some were sold while others he still owns and provides limited strategic guidance as a member of the board of directors.
Keith graduated from the University of the Sciences with a degree in Pharmacy. Today he is still involved mentoring future pharmacists and pharmacy owners. He is a father of six children, private aviator, enjoys golfing,
skiing and spending time with his family.
