Proven Behavior Solutions (“Proven”) is an Autism Spectrum Disorder (“ASD”) treatment company serving clients in both home and clinic settings in Southeast Massachusetts. Proven’s unique clinical approach is built on providing personalized care plans to clients and their families and offering robust support to its clinicians. Proven provides Applied Behavior Analysis (“ABA”) therapy, speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, special education advocacy services, and Assistive Technology support to children and young adults. Scott Snider, Co-Founder and CEO, has a passion for public service and solving needs in the local ASD community. Prior to founding Proven, Scott was a US Air Force officer, senior fighter pilot, and private-sector project manager. He brings a wealth of leadership, management, and process improvement experience.
In 2019, he was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award by Boston Business Journal, recognizing him as one of the top young business leaders in Massachusetts. In addition to his work with Proven Behavior Solutions, Scott serves on the Board of Directors for the South Shore Community Action Council (SSCAC) in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Each January he helps teach a graduate-level communications course at the Harvard Kennedy School. Scott also continues to serve as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserve, assigned to Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada.
