Sapphire Digital (formerly Vitals) leverages a proprietary provider database to create an online portal that provides detailed information, quality metrics, and patient reviews for most physicians in the United States. Sapphire Digital’s database has become a valuable asset for patient acquisition, data scrubbing and marketing. Sapphire Digital is both an information resource for consumers, providers and health plans and an attractive advertising target for pharmaceutical firms and hospitals.

The company generates revenue primarily from advertising, the licensing of patient-empowerment software tools and data scrubbing to health plans, and patient-lead generation and appointment setting to providers.

Kyle Raffaniello is a proven leader in the health care industry with over 25 years of experience in accelerating corporate growth. She has a passion for excellence in bringing innovative solutions to market that add value to clients’ operations.

Previously, Kyle was Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of ValueOptions, a behavioral health company, where she was responsible for profits across all lines of business. She was Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Consortium Health Plans, an organization focused on account growth and retention for the nation’s 20 largest Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. Kyle has also held senior sales and marketing positions at a number of regional health plans, as well as led provider relations for several large medical delivery systems.

Kyle earned a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from George Washington University. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Theology from Mount St. Mary’s College.
