Michelle joined HEP in 2023, while completing her MBA at Columbia Business School. Prior to joining the team, Michelle was a Senior Managing Consultant in IBM Consulting’s Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. At IBM, she assisted clients across the healthcare industry in developing business-to-consumer initiatives, packaged technology products, and strategic partnerships. In addition to her strategy consulting experience, Michelle served as the Product Owner of New York State’s Excelsior Pass, the first-in-the-nation digital vaccination credential, overseeing operations across state departments, including policy provisions, product development, and user uptake.

Michelle holds a BA in Sociology and Chemistry from Barnard College of Columbia University, and is currently in Columbia Business School’s Health and Pharmaceutical Management program.
