Dan joined HEP in June 2025. Dan and HEP have partnered together to source and secure tech-driven data and intelligence assets serving pharmaceutical and life sciences clients that aim to pave the way for a future of improved patient care and outcomes.

Dan is a proven operating and business leader with over 30+ years of success architecting and scaling various life-stage ventures in data, information services, analytics, and market intelligence sectors. Dan is known for building high-performing client-centric teams and leveraging advanced technology systems to innovate and transform industry.

Mostly recently, Dan was visionary and founder of Konovo (formerly Apollo Intelligence) serving as CEO and President from 2019 – 2024 (sold to Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2022). Konovo offers an industry leading digital insights platform purpose-built to increase the velocity and impact of life sciences commercial and brand life-cycle management decisions.

Dan has also held prior executive leadership roles at GMI (Kantar), Reimagine Holdings (Dynata), META Group (Gartner), Affinnova (Nielsen) and Knowledge Networks.

Dan holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
