Prior to joining HEP as a summer intern, Caroline was an Associate at Veritas Capital, where she focused on private equity investments in healthcare IT. Before Veritas, Caroline worked in private credit at Ares Management and began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.

Caroline holds a BA in Economics from Princeton University and is currently pursuing her MBA at Columbia Business School.
