Headquartered in New Hyde Park, NY, and founded by Dr. Joshua Fox in 1986, MD Alliance’s practices provide a suite of dermatology services that includes general dermatology, plastics, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and pathology.

Rich Zinnecker, CEO, has over 30 years of experience driving organizational performance, efficiency and profitability in high-growth and private equity-backed organizations. Rich previously served as the Executive Vice President of California Skin Institute, a dermatology business with over 45 locations. Prior to his role with California Skin Institute, Rich was the Chief Operating Officer of Dermatology Medical Partners. Rich also held prior operating roles at Dynamic Dental Partners Group and Wound Care Specialists. Rich has a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance degree from the University of Cincinnati.
