Will Saunders, Founder and CEO, has a passion for reforming the healthcare system to more efficiently and effectively care for vulnerable and medically complex patients. Prior to founding AllyAlign, Will was the President of the largest business unit of Xerox Business Services, contracting with 38 states to assist in Medicaid program administration. He grew the unit to over $1B in revenue with more than nine thousand employees and enjoyed working as a trusted partner with state customers in implementing the mandates of health reform and in the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Prior to Xerox, Will was the President of Heritage Information Systems, a successful health information technology company that was sold to the entity that became Xerox Business Services. Will graduated from the University of Virginia and started his career as a CPA for Price Waterhouse.
