Veterinary Innovative Partners (“VIP” or the “Company”) was formed in July 2021 to consolidate four multi-hospital veterinary businesses previously owned separately and collectively by VIP’s founders. The platform is veterinarian-owned and veterinarian-operated by four founders with deep industry experience and highly regarded reputations, three of whom actively practice veterinary medicine, and all of whom are engaged in operations and growth. The platform consists of 33 hospitals across nine different states (11 in New York, seven in Virginia, six in New Jersey, two in North Carolina, two in Massachusetts, two in Florida, one in Pennsylvania, one in Tennessee, and one in West Virginia). Across these 33 hospitals, the Company employs 116 veterinarians and 204 veterinary technicians across its locations.
