Michelle joined HEP in 2023, while completing her MBA at Columbia Business School. Prior to joining the team, Michelle was a Senior Managing Consultant in IBM Consulting’s Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. At IBM, she assisted clients across the healthcare industry in developing business-to-consumer initiatives, packaged technology products, and strategic partnerships.

Michelle serves as a director of BrentCare and a board observer of Navispend. 

Michelle holds a BA in Sociology and Chemistry from Barnard College of Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
