Bill joined HEP in February 2026. Bill and HEP have partnered to source, diligence, and pursue investments across B2B healthcare markets, with a particular focus on healthcare supply chain and provider-oriented professional services.​

Bill is an experienced operating leader with a track record of building and scaling businesses at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and services. He is recognized for driving strategy and execution in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and for helping teams translate emerging capabilities into practical, scalable solutions.​

Most recently, Bill served as General Manager and Head of Healthcare for Amazon Business, where he led strategy, development, and growth. He joined Amazon to launch its healthcare B2B business and later helped integrate go-to-market efforts across Amazon capabilities, including cloud and AI services, pharmacy, devices, and primary care partnerships.​

Prior to Amazon, Bill held senior leadership roles at Vizient and has advised private equity firms and corporations on acquisition and growth strategies.
