Zarna joined HEP in 2022. Prior to joining the team, Zarna was a teacher in Maryland and Northern Virginia for 11 years. After her teaching career, she worked at Deloitte as a Recruiting Coordinator.

Zarna holds a BS from the University of Maryland, College Park and a M.Ed. from Towson University.
