Prior to joining HEP in 2015, Pete was a Vice President at Olympus Partners, a middle-market private equity firm managing over $5 billion. At Olympus, he was responsible for evaluating and executing leveraged buyout and growth equity transactions and served on the board of directors for companies across a variety of industries. Pete previously worked at Waud Capital Partners, where he focused primarily on investments in the healthcare services sector, and in the Corporate Business Development group at Becton Dickinson & Co. (NYSE: BDX). Pete began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Diversified Industrials groups at UBS Investment Bank.

Pete currently serves on the board of directors of Aware Recovery Care, MD Alliance, Proven Behavior Solutions, and  Toney Healthcare Consulting and as a board observer of JET Health. He previously served as a director of AllyAlign Health (recapitalized by a consortium led by NEA) and as an observer of Bardy Diagnostics (aquired by Hillrom).

Pete holds an A.B. from Princeton University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
